Shanghai Zhichu Instrument Co., Ltd. is one of leading and professional manufacturer specialized in the field of shaking incubators in China. The company integrates R & D, production, sales and service since 2010. ZHICHU products have certificated by CE, RoHS and ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.

Since 2018, ZHICHU has gradually expanded its commercial territory, with products involving incubators, refrigerated circulators, chillers, ultrasonic cell disrupter, ice maker, fermenters, etc.

In 2021, ZHICHU was granted 42 acres of land and started to establish ZHICHU Industrial Park.

In 2012 ZHICHU passed ISO9001: 2008 quality management system certification.
 In 2013 ZHICHU passed CE certification.
 In 2013, shaker incubators were professionally tested by Shanghai Aerospace 808 Institute, and all indicators reached domestic leading level.
 In 2014, ZHICHU established own sheet metal department and start integrated production.
 In 2015, ZHICHU successfully promoted to high-tech enterprise.
 In 2017, ZHICHU obtained multiple patent certificates.

 In 2018, Shanghai Bolv Instrument Co., Ltd. was established as a joint venture, specializing in the R&D and production of incubators.

 In 2019, Shanghai Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the R&D and production of high-end biological instrument

 In 2020, ZHICHU Laboratory Equipment Co., Ltd. was established, specializing in the R&D and production of small animal imaging, biological safety cabinets and clean benches.

 In 2021, ZHICHU won the title of key enterprise and 42 acres of industrial land.

 In 2022, Ningbo Zhichu technology Co.,Ltd. was established for R&D and making ultrasonic cell disrupter, ice maker, grinders and others.

 In 2024, ZHICHU received the Quality Innovation Award.
